Why We Do Not Accept Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept product returns. Catena’s Folliculitis Remedy cream is formulated for use on irritated, inflamed, or sensitive skin. Once a jar leaves our facility, it cannot be resold or restocked safely. As a result, all sales are final after shipment.
